Shipping policy

At Noble Comforts, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders, with a processing time of 1–5 business days before dispatch. 

Estimated Shipping Times 

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • USA, UK, EU, Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days 

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days before shipping.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped. 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues. 

Didn't Receive Your Tracking Number?

If you haven't received a tracking email after 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, kindly contact us on noblecomfort.store@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist!

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, shipping times are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or peak seasonal demand. 

Because of this, refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders still in transit until 30 days have passed from the order date, allowing sufficient time for the carrier to complete delivery before the order is considered lost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Noble Comforts is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to ensure their delivery location is safe and secure.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
